Aluma Solutions was founded by Anastasia Shkarina, a former General Counsel with 20+ years of leadership in global corporations including Unilever, PepsiCo, and Anadolu Efes. She has led legal teams across 50+ markets—from the Middle East and North Africa to Europe and the UK—and served as Legal Director for the Olympic Games.

Anastasia combines deep legal insight with a strong track record in legal operations and digital transformation. She holds executive certifications in AI and Digital Strategy from MIT and Stanford, and has delivered numerous high-impact legal tech projects that drive real business value.
